OPTIMAL WARMING EFFECT
The combination and concentrations of the ingredients of the warm it preparation have been selected in such a way as to ensure an optimal and long-lasting heating effect, without the feeling of burning or stinging.
The concentration of the warming ingredients (combination of camphor with butyl vanilla ether) was configured in such a way as to improve blood circulation and have a warming and relaxing effect.
Camphor has an analgesic effect, and when applied topically, it stimulates and desensitizes the sensory nerves by activating the heat-sensitive TRP subtype 1 (TRPV1) and TRPV3 vanilloid receptors, enhancing blood supply to tissues and stimulating microcirculation.
In order to reduce the irritating potential, warm it contains vanillyl butyl ether, which is more beneficial to the skin than standard warming substances (e.g. capsaicin).
Menthol used in the product, by irritating thermal receptors in the skin, reduces the sensitivity of the sensory fibers that conduct pain. Thanks to this, the ingredient has a local anesthetic and diastolic effect, enhancing the warming and stimulating effect of camphor.
The combination of essential oils of cinnamon and clove, thanks to its relaxing, anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties, brings relief to overtrained tissues and reduces muscle tension.
The mixture of oils also removes the feeling of stiff joints.
Both oils have an additional warming effect and support blood circulation, which makes them perfect for alleviating degenerative and rheumatoid ailments.
Arnica Montana extract has a strong anti-inflammatory and anti-swelling effect. It stimulates circulation, thanks to which it effectively disperses the fluids accumulated in damaged tissues (blood, plasma or lymph) and effectively removes swelling and hematomas.
Helenalin and dihydrohelenalin contained in arnica extract inhibit the activation of transcription factors (FN-kappa-B and NF-AT), which are involved in the induction of the inflammatory process.
Sesquiterpenes and flavonoids present in the Calendula extract show the ability to inhibit the enzymes COX1 and COX2, responsible for the production of inflammatory mediators and analgesic properties.
Wormwood extract, due to its strong analgesic and relaxing properties, is perfect for the treatment of articular degeneration and rheumatism. In addition, it perfectly relieves muscle, bone and joint pain and relieves stiffness during movement.
The infrared imaging technique was used to test the effectiveness of warm it.
The study was carried out on a sports mare (12 years old, KWPN breed), regularly used in jumping training. Imaging was performed on the thoracic and lumbar spine, prior to application and 15 minutes after application.
The pictures show an improvement in blood circulation at the application area and an increase in body temperature.
