The protection of your personal data is extremely important to us and therefore we process it in accordance with the relevant legal provisions, in particular in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 ("GDPR").
We provide you with full information and control of the processing of your data by us, and provide you with tools that allow you to exercise your rights under the law.

The scope of personal data processed: name, surname, company name, address, tax identification number, telephone number, e-mail address.

HOW DO WE COLLECT YOUR DATA?

We use your personal data in connection with your purchase in our online store www.jump-it.pl ("store") or your consent to receive commercial information by e-mail to the e-mail address provided or otherwise. Our store operates based on the Regulations, which you can read here .

WHO IS THE ADMINISTRATOR OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The administrator of personal data is Invanto Sp. z o. o. with headquarter in Poznań, Poland, ul. Hodowlana 5, 61-680 Poznań, KRS 0000738747, NIP 7792492435, hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator".

HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

If you use our store, we will process your personal data for the following purposes:

1. in order to perform contracts for the sale of goods from the store concluded with you - the basis for the processing of your data will be in this case the contract concluded with the Administrator by accepting the Store Regulations. In this regard, we will require the most data from you, but only to the extent necessary to perform the sales contract and deliver the purchased goods to you; providing your personal data for this purpose is not mandatory, but necessary for the performance of the contract;
2. in order to keep your account on the store's website - the basis for the processing of your data will be in this case the contract concluded with the Administrator by creating an account and accepting the Store Regulations. Creating an account in the store will also allow you to access the data provided by you, including the history of your purchases, and to exercise certain rights related to data processing; providing your personal data for this purpose is not mandatory, but necessary for the performance of the contract;
3. in order to carry out complaint processes - in this case, the basis for processing is the Administrator's obligation resulting from the legal provision regarding the warranty for defects in the sold item. Providing data in the complaint process is mandatory for the proper consideration of your complaint;
4. if you give separate consent, we will send commercial information to the e-mail address provided by you regarding the goods offered for sale in the store, including promotional offers - in this case, the basis for processing is your consent, which is not mandatory and can be withdrawn at any time by contacting the above-mentioned data or by clicking on the link that you will find in the e-mail containing commercial information. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the correctness of data processing in the period before its withdrawal;
5. for statistical purposes for the internal needs of the Administrator - in this case, the basis for processing will be the legitimate interest of the Administrator consisting in collecting information enabling the development of activities and adapting services to the needs of store users;
6. in order to confirm the performance of our obligations and pursue claims or defend against claims that may be directed against us, prevent or detect fraud - the basis for the processing of your data in this case will be the legitimate interest of the Administrator, which is the protection of rights, confirmation of the performance of obligations and obtaining from this title of due remuneration from the Administrator's clients.

IS THE PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA OBLIGATORY?

You decide whether and what data is shared with us. Please note that when making purchases in the store, providing certain data will be mandatory for the performance of the sales contract , because without them we will not be able to process your order. The lack of the required data makes it impossible to place an order. It is not mandatory for you to consent to receiving commercial information to the e-mail address provided for the implementation of the concluded contract for the sale of goods. If you give your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

WHO WILL WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH? 

We will provide your data only to entities that cooperate with us in the provision of services and the performance of the sales contract for the goods purchased by you:

1. we will share your data necessary for the delivery of goods to one of the following entities:
   1. DPD Polska sp. z o.o.;
   2. InPost sp. z o.o.;
   3. other entities that will provide delivery services for the goods you have purchased in the future;
2. we will provide your data necessary to make payment for the purchased goods:
   1. PayPro SA
   2. other payment operators with whom we will establish cooperation;
3. in addition, your data may be transferred to entities that process personal data on our behalf, e.g. to the extent necessary to host store websites, operate IT systems, provide legal services or provide marketing services, where such entities process data on the basis of a contract with us and only in accordance with our instructions.

HOW LONG WILL WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The period of processing your personal data by us depends on the type of service provided and the purpose of processing. In general, the data is processed for the duration of the service or the performance of the order, until your consent is withdrawn or an effective objection to data processing is raised in cases where the legal basis for data processing is the Administrator's legitimate interest.

The period of data processing may be extended if the processing is necessary to establish and assert any claims or defend against them, and after that time only if and to the extent that it will be required by law.
After the expiry of the processing period, the data is irreversibly deleted or anonymized.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA BY US?

According to the GDPR, you have a number of rights in connection with the provision of personal data to us, such as:

1. the right to information on how your personal data is processed - if you have questions about whether and how we process your data, please contact us by sending information to biuro@jump-it.pl ;
2. the right to access and update data - you always have access to your personal data in your account in the store. There you can edit and update the data provided to us. If you have not created an account in the store, in order to exercise this right, contact us by sending information to the address biuro@jump-it.pl ;
3. on the terms set out in the GDPR, you also have the right to:
   1. deletion of data - if you want us to stop processing your data, please write to us a request to delete your account in the store or submit such a request to us. Please note, however, that this is not an absolute right and we may refuse to delete your data for which we have a basis for processing (e.g. fulfillment of a legal obligation or pursuing claims or defending against claims that may be directed against us),
   2. requests to limit the processing of your data,
   3. object to the processing of your data, if the basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator or the performance of tasks in the public interest,
   4. withdraw consent, if the data is processed on the basis of your consent,
   5. data transfer if the processing is based on a contract or your consent.

WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE A REPLY FROM US?

We try to fulfill your requests and provide answers as quickly as possible. In any case, you should receive our reply no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of your request. Within the above deadline, we will respond or inform you about the extension of the deadline and explain the reasons. If we have doubts as to whether you are making a specific request, we may ask a few additional questions to verify your identity.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE COMPETENT BODY FOR LODGING A COMPLAINT

If you believe that we are processing your personal data unlawfully, you may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (details at: https://uodo.gov.pl/pl/p/skargi ).

TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA

Your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) in the context of the IT infrastructure used by the Administrator. The level of personal data protection outside the EEA differs from that provided by European law. For this reason, the Administrator transfers personal data outside the EEA only when it is necessary and with an adequate level of protection, primarily through:

1. cooperation with entities processing personal data in countries for which an appropriate decision of the European Commission has been issued,
2. use of standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission,
3. application of binding corporate rules approved by the competent supervisory authority.

COOKIES AND PERFORMANCE DATA

Cookie files (cookies) are small data in the form of text files, sent by the server and saved on the side of the person visiting the website of the online store (e.g. on the hard drive of the computer, laptop or on the smartphone's memory card). Detailed information on cookies can be found here: https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_cookie

The administrator may process the data contained in cookies when visitors use the website of the online store for the following purposes:

1. identification of the website from which the login to the online store was made,
2. saving products added to the basket,
3. saving the data needed to finalize the order, login data to the online store,
4. adjusting the content of the website to the individual preferences of the recipient and optimization of the website of the online store,
5. collecting anonymous data showing the way in which the website is used.

By default, most web browsers available on the market accept cookies by default. Additionally, it is possible to define the terms of using cookies by means of the web browser settings. This means that you can, for example, partially limit (e.g. temporarily) or completely disable the option of saving cookies - in the latter case, however, it may affect some of the online store's functionalities (for example, it may be impossible to go through the order path through the order form due to for not remembering the products in the basket during the next steps of placing the order).

The web browser settings regarding cookies are important from the point of view of consent to the use of cookies by our online store - in accordance with the law, such consent may also be expressed through the settings of the web browser. In the absence of such consent, the web browser settings should be changed accordingly.

The administrator also processes anonymised operational data related to the use of the online store (IP address, domain) to generate statistics helpful in managing the online store. These data are aggregate and anonymous, i.e. they do not contain features that identify visitors to the website of the online store.
These data are not disclosed to third parties.

FINAL PROVISIONS

The online store may contain links to other websites. The administrator recommends that after switching to other websites, read the privacy policy established there. This Privacy Policy applies only to this online store.

The administrator uses technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of the processed personal data appropriate to the threats and categories of data protected, in particular, protects the data against unauthorized disclosure, removal by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of applicable laws and change, loss, damage or destruction.

The administrator provides the following technical measures to prevent the acquisition and modification of personal data sent electronically by unauthorized persons:

1. securing the data set against unauthorized access,
2. access to the account only after providing an individual login and password.
